I saw this on Pinterest and just had to try it for Halloween! It's easy, fun, and my boys loved it! Carve a small pumpkin to look like a jack-o-lantern with a pretty large mouth. Spoon hummus coming from the mouth and out onto the platter. I put the roasted red peppers on the top of the hummus and added pita chips. Too funny!
