I filled clear plastic bags with chocolate eyeballs, gumball eyeballs, ping pong eyeballs, and squishy eyeballs. (I got these items at Dollar Tree and Party City.) I tied the bag up with black tulle and attached a "EYE wish you a Happy Halloween!" tag. You can download the tags HERE.
