Cheetos Carrots for Easter

I loved these cute treats for Easter!  The idea and instructions are from Life on Old Savannah.  I found the Wilton frosting bags, green cocktail napkins, & Cheetos at Walmart.  For me, a 18.5oz Party Size bag of Crunchy Cheetos made 8 carrots.  I used twist ties to close them so that it would be easy for the kids to open at school.  It was a great Easter treat!
